    I really never used the printer, but I did get to set it up and set up was easy until I got to the part to connect to the Wi-Fi, I was a little confused, but I called tech. support and they walked me right through the steps and now the setup is complete.

    I didn't think I would ever be buying an ink-jet printer again. I read the reviews on this product and determined I didn't have anything to gain. I actually have everything to gain by paying much less for replacement ink than what I have been spending on toner cartridges for a laser printer.

    Printer seems to work well. Not sure if I like the ink setup. It is recommended that the tank(s) be kept half full at all times. What good is all that ink if ya can't use it? I think the paper try is undersized.

    This printer starts out good & then after a few months has its problems. It stopped printing, wouldn't connect to wifi & slows down when it decides to print. I got a replacement under warranty & now a few months later, the same things happen. I've spent hours on hold with customer service. Now they won't replace the replacement beacuse more than a year has gone by. Is this printer expected to run for less than a year. If so, tell people the printer sucks. Won't last a year.

    We're delighted with being able to spread our ink replacement purchases over many months, instead of six weeks. Keyed tank inlets and bottle tops make it nearly impossible to put the wrong ink into a tank. The setup software makes it much easier to install the unit on one's network.

    I love my 3850 Epson EcoTank Printer. I use it often and it is the most affordable color printing per page quantity that I have ever found and used. Well worth the purchase in my opionion.
