Maybe I’m an exception but so far it’s been a really unreliable printer. The first issue was right from the box, the panels were misaligned like this thing was assembled at a tesla factory. Not a big deal as long as it works, so I didn’t bother with returning it. But after owning it for less than 2 month and printing probably less than 40 pages in total it started jamming paper in a rear tray after printing 3 sheets. I cleared it out 4 times already, checked paper feed, but it’s still jamming. The only benefit of this printer is the fact that you don’t have to bother with overpriced printer ink cartridges. Instead you have to buy overpriced ink bottles, but that’s still an improvement. I used to have 2 epson WF printers at work which are either cheaper or the same price and never encountered any issues. I work in construction so those things get covered in all kinds of dust and debris, so that’s why I decided to get epson for myself. Also, those printers had 2 trays for all types and sizes of paper, automatic extender so the paper doesn’t fall on the floor while printing, touchscreen, etc. The bottom line is that this printer was a complete disappointment, especially when you consider price tag of $450.

Setup was terrible and lengthy! This should’ve connect to WiFi! There were too many steps! Very aggravating! It took me about 50ish minutes to FINALLY setup! Ugh! Very draining on the patience!

The Epson eco printer is great and it works with all our different device. The only problem with it is that it doesn't print photos very well. There is a red tint to all the photos that I never had with the Kodak printer I had.

Like pretty much everyone else, I got sick of spending too much money on ink cartridges. It was time to get a new printer for my home office anyway, so I went with this. I'm really hoping these tanks lead to less time and money spent on a simple printer. So far so good, but it's only been a couple weeks.

I just bought this recently so am still learning; however, so far I am very happy with it. It is capable of doing so much more than the ancient printer I just retired. Was tired of shopping for ink cartridges all the time.

Not happy about the price, but this device has been more reliable so far than any HP I ever owned, and I've been doing IT work for a very long time. Seems to be reliable, at least up to this point. Time will tell, of course.

Instructions and links for initial setup and how to use were not very clear. Lots of try overs before succes. Now finally working and I like it.

I can't understand how anybody say this is loud when printing. It's a lot quieter than most printers I had. Ink ink ink bless them. When it comes to paying $45 for a sponge with ink on it to print and your lucky to get 100 prints get real.

Wow! this is what everyone should have in their home. Works so well and quick, great for business or just to keep for personal use.

I purchased this printer to replace my ink guzzling loud cannon but this one is is much louder. Since it’s still new, I’m not sure if the ink will last longer. I certainly hope so since it’s very loud when it prints.

If your planning on converting to sublimation printing do your research on color profiles first!! Also sublimation ink voids your warranty.

Love the quality and how much ink it holds but the apps to manage this product are difficult to work with and sometimes don't work at all.
