    I researched many printers and everyone has their favorite. I’ve had my printer for a month and I absolutely love it!! I used to use a canon printer but had to purchase so much ink and it didn’t print on both sides. I’d definitely buy this again!!

    I like the ink being cartridge-free, but the window and print are too small. I've had connection issues, paper jam issues, and a few other things. For the amount I paid for it, I would expect it to be better. I don't like having to go online to access the user's manual either.

    I had read a review that the small screen was a huge disadvantage. Of course I didn't think I'd have an issue. Big mistake on my part. I have old eyes. Also still haven't figured out how to make the copied colors closer to the original. Frustrated I gave up on fixing it and putting up with it for now. One thing that I like though is the refillable tanks. No more ink cartridges! Saving the planet and money is a plus.

    Epson printer was easy to install, I was able to download the app. At this time I am trying to understand the process for printing photos. I keep getting error messages.

    The Eco tank is the way to go! Bought a larger version for home and this one for work. Takes a long time to go through ink. Very affordable, very economical. Wifi printing is very easy and useful.

    I like it is easy to use and quiet in operation. It does have limited space for paper in the feed but since I'm retired it doesn't really matter.
