    It does the job as it should. My only drawback was that the Windows software for installation and setup is dated and could be simpler, but it now happily takes print jobs and scan jobs from iPhone, Windows PC and a Mac. With the small screen and buttons, menu navigation UI could be improved.

    Jason and Brendan S were exceptional helping me choose the best printer for me. I do a lot of work for the church and need a printer I can count on. I did make an Appointment for it to be installed, but I did it myself no problem. I am 73 years old and these young me. Listened to me.

    Absolute junk. Constantly not printing. Message saying "paper mismatch". I've never printed anything other than letter size. Prints blanks sheets sometimes for no reason. Not poor quality...NOTHING. Tiny LCD screen where you can barely read the message and icons without a magnifying glass.
