I have a German shepherd that sheds constantly and this little vacuum does it's best to get up all of the hair. We usually have to run it on "ultra clean" twice to get all the hair picked up. But other than that it's a real time saver. Should have purchased one of these sooner.

Great while it lasted. This one made it about 2.5 years. Not too bad but these are not inexpensive machines for most people. Wont replace your proper vacuum but it really helps keep the floor clean longer before you need your 'real' vacuum. Be sure to disassemble it to clean it carefully especially if you have animals. Eventually you'll get the dreaded Error 18 side wheel error and no amount of cleaning the wheel assemblies will get it working again. Buy on a good sale not full price. Going to try another brand next.

So i got my self emptying shark after my neato died - it has been worming decent - I genuinely love my other shark stick vaccum - so. This work really good for about a year- then it started to not work how i wanted it to - if i said do a room it would do the house - if i wanted matrix it would just clean vice/versa so i finally had time to sit and look st it - figurd i could easily download any updates - wrong - i had to call a tech - ok fine - they said why haven’t u updated - i said i never got any nktices updates were available- told me since my 1 yr warranty is up i mow have to oay another 50$ for firmware updated - ( im 2 months last my 1 year) so i asked when was my last update - somce they can see all of this - they day i first got it up and running lol - and two momths after my warranty SIX updated ate now avail that i habe to pay for ver convenient that no updates were available for a whole year but all the sudden when im over a warranty six all the sudden show up - never lnew id habe to pay more to keep the vacuum i already paid for working - i will no longer be buying shark this is just greedy

It takes along time to do a 1600 sq, ft house. Although it work's good. I wish there was 2 brushes underneath along with the side Air cleaner. I like the mapping function. I would differently recommend it.

Nice item to have at home with busy life etc , don’t realize actually how much it helps until you don’t have one .

This is the first robotic vacuum I've owned, so had nothing to compare it to. It stops about 4" away from the walls which is very disappointing because it doesn't fit under the kitchen cabinet toe recess and so it stops 4" from the cabinets. I had to oversize the rooms to get it to clean the whole room. The overlapping confuses it and will sit and spin in circles for a few seconds before figuring it out. The self emptying feature is very nice but there needs to be some more work done on the mapping feature.

Working fine … less noise than others vacuum… I am really happy with this

It’s just good enough for thr price. I’d look around for this or similar Roomba on sale.

It’s the absolute best thing I have ever bought myself. And I cannot thank Best Buy’s customer service enough for all the help.

It is very good mapping and intelligent navigation. But not that efficient cleaning.

AV2501AE - The box stated AV2501AE as that was what I ordered. When I went to register the vacuum the sticker on the bottom of the vacuum was a AV2510AOUS. Fishy?!?! Did NOT map 2 rooms and parts of 2 hallways. Tried that more than 3 times. Tried to make and label rooms, the square for the room wont go small enough for a hallway or bathroom? The software is way lagging. It shows a blue blob or streaks where the robot went and basically missed most of the rooms. Didn't pickup debri left purposefully to check it out. Used 45 minutes and tool 3 hours to charge. SHARK customer service is a joke, never called me back as they said they would. Took that back. I'll get another AI Robo Vac other than Shark.

I was so excited about getting this robot. I have another one upstairs that uses the auto emptying system but not this particular one. Everything started well. It's very loud but could have dealed with that. The 2nd day (today) I started it up and it kept stopping! I called the number and after much video conferencing discovers that my cement stained floors and the "sun" are causing it to stop. My roomba had no problems with the fact they are very shiny and the sun coming in on a DREARY day affects this Shark. So I closed all the blinds, the curtains, etc. Nope! Still did it. Not sure how much you all paid for it but I paid $500 plus delivery fees. I am returning this sucker TODAY. I'm glad most of you aren't having an issue with this but for me I can't deal with an expensive robot stopping every 5 minutes because my floor is shiny or the sun is "beaming" in. SMH

Got this almost a year ago and it hardly works anymore. It randomly stops in the middle of the floor and says error. Now it doesn’t even make it 5ft from the dock before stopping and giving a generic unhelpful error. I’ve cleaned it out, emptied it, cleaned the brushes, everything. For over $500 this should last more than a year. Total waste of money.

Works fine after a couple of calls with support. Needed firmware update.

I'm not impressed, keep missing spots and over due other areas.

Purchased in June and stopped working probably 2 months ago. Have tried many different things to fix the error 6 code but super disappointed a $300 vacuum would give me this trouble in the first 6 months of owning it

The item was an EXCELLENT open box shark ai vacuum. When it arrived it had NO filters anywhere on the machine. Someone had taken them off. It was nasty, dirty, and beaten to death!! I have had to order filters and brushes before I even could turn it on! Buyer Beware open box no matter what the description says is NOT the way to go!! Very disappointed with best buy and the quality and condition of this product!!

Good suction but awful corner, detection, and floor object detection. It runs over anything and falls over edges.

Works fine for a month then can no longer clean the house. Moves 20 ft and then returns to the dock with no error message. Giving it away. Huge waste of money.

I paid $750.00 for my vacuumed 2 years ago. Waste of money. This thing won’t pick up dog hair on low pile carper. Don’t buy these things! They suck
