Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned multiple chromebooks over the years, including for my kids, and Acers are the only ones that hold up at this price point, compared to other brands including Asus and HP. Every Acer I have had has lasted much longer and haven't had issues with warranties as I have with other brands. Screens are decent too for the price.

The screen will go blank and will not come on. You have to wait until battery completely goes down and then Maybe it will power up when connected. This must be a design flaw. Other than that, it is a pretty good chromebook. (and prob comes Just after warranty runs out )

The sound is woefully too soft even when set to maximum volume. A relative purchased the same model at the same time, it has the same problem. I talked to the manufacturer's tech support and the Geek Squad, and both came up with the conclusion that is just the way it was made. Extremely disappointing. I have an eight year old Acer that has way far better sound than this new one.

Almost all the keys stick and It wont turn on unless it's plugged in. I bought this as a Christmas gift and wasn't aware about the problem until today. I will probably return it to the store next week.

Not to well of a purchase

Which she showed me and her games always lag (She doesnt have that many games 3-4) bought with my best buy card.
