    One star only because a 0 is not an option. Within one week of purchase we needed a service call because the washer won't stop filling. Someone came out and did something with his computer and it was ok. Now today, having the same problem again. Will be contacting someone for another service call.

    Not recommended!!! Exactly one month after delivery the product stopped working, does not complete cycles and makes a frightening noise, can not use it, and manufacturer’s warranty, because Best Buy only offers 15 days, assign me an appointment for three weeks for the technician to come to evaluate the machine. Imagine three weeks without washing clothes!

    Buyer beware on open box purchases

    Purchased this washing machine at a Best Buy outlet store. It was hard to see the body of the machine because it was all wrapped up in plastic wrap. I could lift the lid and look inside and I could see the control panel. All looked normal. The machine was delivered fully wrapped in bubble wrap. The delivery drivers left. I was not planning on installing the machine until the next day. Once all the plastic wrap and bubble wrap was removed I observed a large round dent in the front of the machine about the size of a volleyball. A 6" horizontal dent was on the lower right side of the machine and another horizontal dent on the lower left side of the machine. I was not happy with this but decided that I would install the machine and run a test load and possible live with the dents since it was an open box purchase. As the machine was washing water was running out from the bottom of the machine and all over my laundry room floor. It was a mess. Obviously whenever the dents were made in the machine something must have loosen inside the machine causing a leaking situation. At this point I decided to return the machine for a refund. The machine was unusable. I have no complaints about the machine itself if it had been in perfect condition and running order but it was not. Buyer beware on purchasing open box items. lesson learned for me. Item was returned a couple days later and was never used again by me. Again, my complaint is not about the machine but the damage that was done and the fact that none of this was disclosed at my time of purchase. I did not have a chance to properly evaluate the machine due to the damage and the leaking.

    Makes my laundry room more functional and clean. The washer is fast, love that I get to use my phone to start a load . The dryer takes a little longer to dry but over all great

You may want to make sure the machine is leveled, to ensure extra vibration isn’t adding to the noise level. If it may be helpful for you, we have more information about sounds the washer may make on page 24 of the manual.     Have had less than a year anf already not drying properly. Lint trap catches lint outside of the tray and dispenses lint on clothes. Purchased with washer in place of a set 13 years old and that dryer worked better

    Whirlpool washer. Yuck.

    It's garbage. Every load goes off balance. I think it's because there's no agitator which I thought would be better, but whirlpool knew it wasn't. Best buy has a 15 day warranty which is a joke, disgusting and very rude to do.

      We are sorry that your GE Appliances washer has not lived up to your expectations and is experiencing issues with balancing. We are more than happy to provide guidance with this washer and its balancing. Loading does have a direct impact on the balancing of this washer. It is advised to load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. We also recommend ensuring that the washer is properly leveled. All four washer leveling legs will need to be adjusted until the washer is level left to-right and front-to-back. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. If these tips do not help with the balancing, service is advised. You can schedule an appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393). GE_Appliances

    Washer was broke & it leaked all over our floors. Techs couldn’t get washer & dryer to fit in space but it will fit. We won’t have replacement washer for over a week

    Recently moved into a house with some old washer and dryer and previous owner was a disgusting scumbag. The inside of the washer was filled with tons of dog hair.

    I'm disappointed in my choice. Towels came out wet and had to rerun on the spin. Clothes have had white spots on them, not even sure what it is, I don't use powder detergent. Very noisy.

    Very large compartment allows for cleaning any kind of bedding. Relatively quiet with low water usage. Also entails many cleaning options that are easy to use.
