Q: does the PTW600BSRWS have an audible signal when the load is done? (1 answers)
A: Hello! Thank you for contacting us about this great washer. We're happy to let you know that this washer does have an audible signal for the end of cycles. The sound is also adjustable with the GE Appliances Smart HQ app. In addition to an end of cycle signal, this unit also includes a digital cycle countdown, and LED cycle status lights, meaning you'll never have to wonder about cycle times. A: U.S.A. Louisville, KY- A: Just had washer installed in. It is loud when washing. Much louder than previous similar model.
- A: Hello. We appreciate you reaching out, though we regret any confusion over an agitator. We want to help, and we can advise the model you asked this question on, PTW600BPRDG, is meant to use an infusor rather than an agitator. With this type of washer, the infusor replaces the agitator – the mechanical action of the infusor moves the clothes through the washer, against the sides of the tub and around the infusor to provide the same great wash performance that an agitator would. This particular model is not designed to use an agitator, and one cannot be added. - A: Hi there - we checked the information for this unit, and we can confirm that the washer pausing during some stages of the wash cycle is considered normal. -- The washer pauses to reduce the wear on your clothes and the likelihood of soap residue.
