A: Hello - we’re sorry to hear that you’re having this issue and would love to share some tips that will help. A possible cause is that a fuse is blown, or a circuit breaker is tripped. In this case, the dryer may tumble but not heat. Check the building’s fuse/circuit breaker box and replace both fuses or reset both breakers. Your dryer may tumble if only one fuse is blown, or one breaker tripped. -- Another possible cause is that the “No Heat” temperature is selected - make sure to select a heat setting. -- If these tips don’t help resolve the issue, service may be needed. Received it yesterday 1/9/24 and I love it. We were so behind on laundry because we didn’t have a washer and dryer for a few weeks. I’ve been able to catch up in just one day because the large capacity is amazing. Easy to use and sleek design. It is a bit noisy like others have mentioned but for us it’s not a problem as we have a door on our laundry room. We are thrilled to have such a nice set.
