    Received it yesterday 1/9/24 and I love it. We were so behind on laundry because we didn’t have a washer and dryer for a few weeks. I’ve been able to catch up in just one day because the large capacity is amazing. Easy to use and sleek design. It is a bit noisy like others have mentioned but for us it’s not a problem as we have a door on our laundry room. We are thrilled to have such a nice set.

    Tiny lint trap

    Simple, effective. Does what it's supposed to. It's smaller than my last one. The lint trap is my biggest complaint. I should've done more research. But a broken dryer with four kids can make anybody crazy. With it being increasingly difficult to look at all appliance in any stores anymore, shopping for this kind of thing is frustrating to say the least. If I had been able to look at a floor model of this dryer, I wouldn't have purchased it honestly. The lint trap is my biggest gripe. It's very small and hard to get out. My 12 year old can't fit her hand in the spot where it goes to clean out under/around it.

    Beautiful but not as strong as I thought

    I like it. It’s a large capacity dryer. But even with a light load, it takes longer to fully dry. If you have a large load, it will be over an hour and a half at minimum to fully dry everything. And depending on what is in your laundry, it will take longer … jeans, hoodies etc.

    First Appliance Purchase

    First appliance purchase. Had an initial hiccup with a delivery process, but with the assistance of the management team, they expedited the appliances - all turned out great the gentlemen who delivered our items, extremely courteous and professional, and not to mention very clean when assembling the equipment and disposing of any trash, and they took the time out to test the equipment, which I was very impressed so all in all I recommend to anyone purchasing appliances from Best Buy - great name brands with pricing. The appliances work great! Thank you!!

In this case, the dryer may tumble but not heat. Check the building’s fuse/circuit breaker box and replace both fuses or reset both breakers. Your dryer may tumble if only one fuse is blown, or one breaker tripped. -- Another possible cause is that the “No Heat” temperature is selected - make sure to select a heat setting. -- If these tips don’t help resolve the issue, service may be needed.
