The cleaning is so much better than my old washer. What used to require spot attention, doesn’t even require to get clean.

First, it was delivered already broken and defective. I had to wait another 3 days for a replacement. The replacement runs great.I love this machine, but having to wait for a replacement is where I gave it, the stars down from.

Great but can wrinkle your clothes

I hang my shirts to dry so I can’t have them wrinkled. Also the installers hooked the water lines up backwards… Not the fault of the machine of course. Every other function of the unit as well as the cleaning ability is amazing

It’s nice that it is a smart washer without breaking the bank. It’s neat that it tells you your wash will be done in 5mins & when it’s complete. I do find when it starts it’s kinda of loud when it sensing, but after it’s not bad.

I had it slosh to one side and through it out of balance and it was trying to rebalance for a good 20 minutes before I caught it.

We had LG washer and dryer for years can't say how many times I cursed that thing. It leaked and had problem after 1 week. So glad to get the GE

If you prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. To learn more, see the Deep Fill section on page 14 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the Best Buy product page.
