It can handle guest sheets and towels in one load and seems to do a good job of cleaning even without a center agitator. Too soo to comment on durability.

Super loud set

We had these for two days and scheduled a return because of how loud they are (the dryer in this set also). Best Buy has been great to deal with and made the return seamless. Also, compared to the LG I used to have the door, lint trap and detergent thing feel super cheap.

It’s a bit embarrassing when company is here.

Posted .Hello- We are happy to hear your washer is working well and cleaning your clothes. However, we are sorry you're having this experience with your being extra loud. It may be getting out of balance. All GE Appliances washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch. During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal. Note: The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. We have some Anti-Vibration Pads that may help with this issue. Please check our site for these or reach out to our GE Parts team. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. Only recommend using efficiency mode for very light loads, as there’s not much water dispensed in this mode.
