I got it because I needed a Windows computer to learn excel with the shortcuts needed in finance. Before, I had always used Apple but this has been great and I am happy I switched. Only complaint is sometimes the camera comes on randomly, but I usually just turn off and restart the laptop and the issue gets resolved.

Also works super well with the programs I need for school, like CAD.

With the included key board it makes a nice laptop for $599.00 It's fast! Battery life is a little lacking, but better than the original Surface I bought years ago. The i3 chip gives fast computing without any lag in streaming videos. Although I do wish I had spent the extra $100.00 for the i5 Pro 7+ during the sale.

ON a SURFACE, there is no question about whether an app/browser is fully closed. Despite have a keyboard case to protect my iPad, one must still rely on the swipe to close things which is a method in which I have little faith.
