I originally had a SP7 that I loved, but after trying multiple Surface Pro 9 devices and being disappointed with the display uniformity (one side of it always brighter than the other, the left), for the money they wnat to charge for these devices they should be perfect. I thought, well since i had a good experience with the original SP7, let me try this Plus bundle deal. I can tell you the QC of the display continues to be subpar. Not only did this device have the brighter left side, but had a dead white pixel right in the middle of the display. Microsoft wants to market these as premium devices, but I'm done trying to find a decent device and will look to another manufacturer which is a shame as they have a great deal that is positive about their usability but they need to get their QC together.

Very good for students. Flexible and convenient for students who study online and make notes.

I love this set up, its awesome to use. With the pen drawing and building my 3D models for printing is much more fun than the traditional way. It was cost affective and has more than en o ugh power to hanfle anything I throw at it.

I needed to replace my personal laptop and wanted to continue with the small 12" size. The i3 intel was everything I needed for basic usage and the sale price included the black type cover. My first Surface and so far it has been great.

I used by Best Buy points to get this at around half off, and I'm very happy I did it. Changing jobs, I lost access to my old Macbook and decided I wanted to give a Surface a chance before selling out the big bucks. I'm glad I did.

Like it. Screen doesn't get as bright as id like but nice little laptop

This was a replacement for a previous Surface Pro Laptop I purchase and had tech support from Geek Squad In-Store (Burlington, MA) for various issues over the year. The Burlington, MA TT Support team were excellent, courteous and very capable in dealing with the various tech issue I had with all my computers (5 in total) and also helped transfer data from one computer to another which would have been difficult for me with limited knowledge and resources at my Home Office. I would have NO HESITATION in recommending this team and this store to other people ... and have done so!

Love my new Surface! Beats having to carry around a full size laptop. Much more useful than an Ipad for regular tasks. Only disadvantage, you can't download from Netflix or Prime video.

The kickstand is very annoying to deal with and it ran out of storage so quickly. I had to get it replaced after 8 months because the memory basically blew up and now, after another 5 months I am starting to have the same problems. Dont buy this piece of crap.

Fantastic machine runs very well the i3 is close to the I-5 as far as megahertz but you only get four processors with the i3 instead of eight with the i5. It depends on what you're using it for but the i3 is fine unless you're doing a lot of multitasking

Excellent value for the price. It gives us everything we want and need in a easy to use package. Very versatile and compact. Can use for travel without the bulk of larger laptops.
