This tablet replaced my Windows 7 laptop. The speed is incredibly fast, no lag time, perfect for students or business. This tablet will last me the next decade for sure!

With my Surface, I fell in love at first because my school uses microsoft office and I didn't have to download any extra softwares. The battery however sucks out instantly, certain apps will crash, and the computer overheats.

This computer is amazing! The touchscreen is very helpful as i can instantly enlarge what im reading. The computer is fast and i can take it everywhere!

Don't bother buying the extended warranty from Best Buy as they do not stand by warranty. I have spent over $5,000 in extended warranty's from BestBuy over the last few years. I had one computer that had a broken screen, which was replaced under warranty. Ever since then the computer randomly goes into sleep mode and you cannot get it to come out of sleep mode without letting the battery drain completely. I brought it back in about 45 days after the replacement of the screen. They said they could not replicate the issue. I explained that my son was going to college and if this continued it would not be acceptable. The manager said that if we had to bring it back in, that they would replace or refund the money. My son brought it back in to an out of state Bestbuy who didn't really test anything and told him there was nothing that could be done. I stopped by the Store that I had brought it to and they said that when he came back into town that I could bring it in and they would replace it or refund me. When my son came back for Christmas break I brought it in but the manager could not refund the money because it was past the expiration date of the warranty. II asked why they told me there was no rush to get it in, because I could have shipped it home while it was still under warranty. They refused to stand by their word and I was forced to purchase another computer. This is the way that your Company treats someone that has consistently spent $5-6,000 per year then someone who only spends a $1,000 can expect to be treated much worse.

My husband loves this Christmas present! The light weight makes it perfect to relax in the recliner and it does everything he wants it to.

I love the ease and functionality of my Surface Pro! I took awhile to make a decision but it was the best one for my needs personally and professionally.

I just bought this Surface, at the beginning it worked fine, but as the weeks went on the Surface started with an issue the screen trembled sometimes, I don't know if this is related to any app or software I installed, like Whatsapp. I'm going to keep an eye on it. However, it is a good device, great for work, design, and drawing. I use it to study and draw and do graphic design. The design is very comfortable, the keyboard is very useful especially when you are on the way.

My daughter wanted a lighter laptop and something easy to carry. This was a right choice for the size and power that it provides to do her day-to-day tasks

I bought this to replace my high schoolers HP laptop for school. Works well and is light which is important since they carry it around all day.

Sturdy kickstand. Keyboard is serviceable. Bought it for the portability. Use it connected to monitor and keyboard when at home. Happy with the purchase.
