    This piece of crap wont hold a charge, I bought it in may and I travelled far to get it because it was a good open box deal. For the longest it would never hold a full charge and I would have to keep the cord attached to it. I got frustrated one day after it crashing and called to ask about the warranty process and they said it was no warranty and only a 15 day return. I get it, I did not buy an extended warranty on a 500 item because it just wasn't worth it, but the fact that they only offer 15 days to return it is insulting and I'm sure amazon would've had vendors with a better warranty or Microsoft directly

    Underrated machine. If you have never used a surface pro, you are missing out. Not a gaming powerhouse but can handle all business and many art needs with minimal effort. Surface pen is just amazing.

    I bought this as a secondary device but my wife uses it daily. It runs Windows 11 just fine. We use it to run projection software at church as well. It doesn't stutter playing videos to two monitors.
