    Works great! I was too sure about a refurb device, but it's been great. I will say, I did have a little trouble with set up, but I ended up sorting it out. Also, after setup the login screen displayed the date in Spanish. :D

    The pen should be included in this package! The unit itself is nice, I really like the feel of a computer and tablet in one. MS office 365 has done some strange things with the outlook program, nothing like my desktop version.

    The 7+ has a user-replaceable SSD drive (NVMe) which is nice as you can upgrade it(..against Microsoft's wishes) or replace it if it fails.

    My not even a year old surface pro crashed. My IT company has said it has happened to others. It's a hardware problem. I'm not happy that Microsoft doesn't seem to be complying with its warranty--a one year limited warranty. I purchased it in August 2022.
