Never buy this laptop

Zoom, teems and meets crushed the computer as soon as I oponed them. I return it to Microsoft, they gave me a new one and the problem persisted.

Buying2uses as a Notebook OK!!!Tablet Stear Clear!

It's a good value!!! The ugly--- if you are not going to be using the keyboard and bought it strictly for use as a tablet, Stay clear of it!!! The Surface Pro – Intel(R) Precise Touch Device - Human Interface Device touch screen driver likes to crash!!! A lot!!! Bought and returned twice, one being an I5 and the other I3 model, both with 8gb of ram, didn't even used the full 8gigs (system monitor showed 5.7 gb of ram used and touch screen kept constantly crashing/touch display unresponsive to touches!!

Dead after 2 months, no replacement

Microsoft cannot send a replacement because their system has been broken for 1 month, and I have been waiting three weeks now. They do not know when their system will be fixed. They also tried to tell me that the warranty is not valid because the "Pro" is a commercial device, and I bought it for personal use.

HORRIBLE

Over the phone i was told they only had one left in store so if i wanted it i would have to pay over the phone and i could pick it up in one hour. I went in store and the manager gave me the hardest time about picking the order up. I felt like he thought i lied about paying for the product over the phone. I was told the only way i was leaving the store with the product is if i paid for it again. I even pulled up my bank account and told them the money was taken from my account. I will never again buy a thing from BEST BUY!!!

Surface Pro 7 + experience

It did not work, switching from keyboard to touch screen. Had to stop and reset halfway thru the document. In set up, I would go to the direction (on line), the commands required to complete the task were not there. This is just a few complaints. Loved my Surface Pro 4, but this 7 didn't work for me.

Wonderful for Business & Personal Use

It’s compact, lightweight which makes it easy for carrying around and has basically all the features of a laptop. Works wonderfully for business and personal use. Totally recommend getting one!

I would click the middle of the screen and it would hit something on the right side. I tried to re calibrate the screen but you can’t even do that.

No charger in Open Box Excellent!!!!

How's this EXCELLENT?? How do i get a charger that should have been included?
