I thought because it was certified, it would actually do what it was advertised to do, but I was wrong. The video is constantly disconnecting through it. There's no physical damage. The only way to fix it is to lower the bandwidth by dropping down to 60hz.

HDMI 2.1 did not work correctly on this cable so buy something better. Could not return to store due to being disable and not being able to drive. I informed customer support about this and it's either return to store or drop off at UPS store. No other options to return. Now I am being forced to eat the cost since I cannot return item.

I always heard the shorter the cable the the better the signal. However, next time I would go with an 8 footer.
