    I needed a new laptop and I seen this one on Best Buy's website. I did not want to spend a lot so I purchased an open box. That was taking a risk but laptop I received was like new and undamaged. After I installed the upgraded RAM (8 GB) this laptop is very good. You just have to take it out of S mode and uninstall all of the bloatware.

    Love this little puter. Fantastic battery life and it weighs next to nothing, My only complaint would be that the pointer is not as smooth as I would like it to be.

    This is a GREAT laptop. Got a great deal as it was on sale. I used others reviews to decide. This laptop is fast, the speakers are fantastic! Lightweight. I got the Rosegold, and the matching wireless mouse. I can hook up with an hdmi to my Big screen. Navigates quickly. Everything loads quickly. I am thinking to get one for my family members. If your on the Fence?? JUMP and get this. Best HP laptop. My use: Movie Streaming/Music/Social medias/emails/online school (returning adult-grandma)

    Early on with purchase but so far the product is exactly as advertised. Bought it for school use and will be able to provide a better review in a few months but so far we really like the laptop.

    It’s a great computer to keep around for online shopping etc, but gets slow very fast can’t handle more than a few downloads but all around a nice computer very durable
