    Great for basic laptop but it was slow. I had to go online to switch S mode off so thst I could put in Microsoft software. After 1 mobth the computer didn't turn on. I don't know if it was because it was an open box product.

    It got hot so fast, took forever to load 1 tab and wouldn’t let me download google chrome onto it. Do NOT get it. I bought it because I like vintage older style tech and this looked so cool but it did not work for school stuff and struggle to run things like excel and word

    Very slow everything. Start up and app launches. I’ve restarted and reset this laptop more than once because sometimes apps just stop working

    GAVE THIS ONE TO MY FRIEND AND SHE IS ENJOYING IT. I LIKE THE COLOR AND SIZE. THE FACT THAT IT HAS WINDOWS 11 IS AN UPGRADE FROM MY OLD ONE. IT WAS EASY TO SET UP AND TRANSFERED ALL OF HER CONTACTS, PICTURES, AND SO FORTH THROUGH GOOGLE ACCOUNT.
