Bought this to use at work and its even slower than my parents HP Pavillon from 2011. Even for a budget/entry level laptop this thing is ridiculously slow. I also have a Dell latitude d610 (from 2005!) that out performs this in certain situations.

I purchased the new HP and the Geek Squad transferred all my files from my old computer to the new HP. The staff advised me on the type of computer to buy. My overall experience was outstanding. The customer service and technical advice were excellent. I would highly recommended them to everyone.

You get what you pay for but I would never recommend this. Slower than computers from a decade and a half ago, poor battery, bad screen quality and terrible interface.

Is works great for basic use. Loved the color rose pink!!

It Works great I use it for my school work and it gets the job done

This is a perfect little computer for browsing, e-mails, social networking, and finding all the info you need on the web. Very lightweight and compact. Though not made to last much over two years. But for the price, you can't beat it.

Still working great after 6 months. I like the functionality of this laptop. Only need the volume to be a little louder only when in lives or meetings.

I'm 62 years old and don't use the computer for any specific reason. But I'm happy with my purchase for what I paid.it's not the most speedy computer so if you need it to work from home it wouldn't be the best choice. However for a student it would work fine.

For the price it does what it’s supposed to do. Just surf the web. No complaints.

This computer is ok if you don’t need anything fast. It took awhile to set it up. Once it got going it’s adequate for basic student work but nothing extensive from my experience.
