    They shouldn’t sell windows computers with these specs. It gets overloaded just by opening settings. DONT BUY. I had to install a light linux distro for it to even be usable.

    I was looking for a school laptop for my assignments. Started slow with setting up everything then it started getting to the speed I needed and in good condition. Affordable too.

    Slow, cumbersome, requires significant force to press / click. Not able to handle several apps running simultaneously. Thought it would be a good travel laptop but it was below expectations. Even worse its power cord is not USBC and caused issues.

    I bought this for online classes and its perfect! Beautiful rose gold color, perfect size, runs really well. I recommend this for any student or to anyone who doesnt need a beefy laptop :)

    I purchased the computer because I didn’t have a PC and needed one for something my ipad wasn’t capable of. It took almost 30 minutes to load the application i needed onto the computer, and another 30 minutes to extract the data from my iphone. The computer i had 15 years ago as a freshamn in college was literally 10x more effective than this machine. I didnt expect much for the price, but this was shockingly bad. I also received an alert that the storage was full after downloading 2 applications from the HP store. Im sure i will never turn it on again.

    Over all Best Buy accomplished the goal of keeping the customer satisfied. Beat Buy has done well not just in product but with the way their staff handled themselves very professional five stars Best Buy.
