I needed a new laptop for school so i bought this one. It was pretty slow. For the price you cannot complain, but I would recommend it for a child or teen!

This overall laptop itself looks good but lacks everything the more expensive models have. I recently broke my laptop I have had since 2017 and decided to get this. once I got it and setup it could not load anything with more than 4 pages open. On top of that the mouse button on the laptop got stuck down within 48 hours of owning. Other than those two issues I still believe it is a good computer for kids/teens for schoolwork, as I had no trouble typing a paper. I ended up returning it to get an Acer Chromebook the brand of laptop I owned in the past.

While I was hesitant to purchase an open box product at first...it arrived in great condition, promptly with no issues and works absolutely fine.

This laptop buffered YouTube videos every 30 seconds, I returned it 2 weeks after purchasing. It’s only good for emails and light work. Don’t expect to watch anything without it stuttering.

Good computer for students needing a cheap laptop. Can load very slow sometimes and will have to be restarted or updated frequently but well worth the $200 bucks !!!!

Simple laptop but enough for it’s purpose . Not much storage but you can get an external to help that. Moves quickly between functions and web searches. Absolutely LOVE the rose gold color!

Not the best laptop if you are transferring from one laptop to this one it doesn't have enuff ram in it to work with but if it is for a kids first pc then get it not happy

If you’re on a budget, this is a laptop for you. It’s not an insane price. However, you get what you pay for. It’s very slow and takes forever and ever to load when you press on anything.

it nice but because it has an S mode will not allow you to download any third party stuff or even if you go to HP will not allow you to download their help items to troubleshoot it. Plus battery doesn't last long.

My lap top is working great. Speed, display, and picture quality is sharp. This was a great buy.

It’s a really slow computer, but I only need it for Microsoft Office. So once it finally fully loads when you turn it on, it does the trick. I would recommend spending a little extra for a better computer though.

I'm not going to write a review just to get a gift card, (but it would be greatly appreciated) I got this laptop for a Black Friday sale (2023). It has been slow the entire time I got it. It's not the internet, because I have high-speed internet. I would like to return it but I fear that I will not be allowed based on how long it has been since the purchase date.

I have another one of these that I bought two years prior that works quickly with no issues, I don’t know what they changed on this new one, but it’s super slow and takes forever to load a page with constant error messages, probably due to all the 100 junk apps they include on it that you didn’t even ask for. Sad that we can’t even make our own choices in what we do with a laptop and what we have on it. Stay away from HP. Another laptop that I purchased right before this one just kept turning off on its own for no reason, also an HP.

I find it to be a very good and lasting brand and I have no issues with the purchase. I will continue to make my purchases from Best Buy they are quick and efficient.
