I got this item was referral by a friend said this was on sale at Best buy. Luckily I got one. The product was well worth with the money that I spend on it. Great Laptop.

I bought it in plave of thr ho all in one i had to send to the sjop yea few days ago and really loke the portability and speed of this processer

Although its cheap, its a terrible product. I've been trying to login to my email and attach a focument for 20 minutes. Its way too slow amd is not functional even for the most basic tasks. I boufht it for emails and work documents only and its terrible.

Great starter laptop for beginner users. Small and sturdy. Gets the job done.

This may as well be a Chromebook, not a windows computer. Not enough space to to anything but basic internet browsing.

I like my laptop. It's lightweight which makes it easier to move around. Its faster than my old one and the clarity of the screen is excellent. However, in 2 months it has died on me twice. Black screen that just keeps blinking.

This computer was a cheap greatly priced laptop for what I had to do with it but honestly I wish it would’ve had a little bit faster firmware I’ll always be a Best Buy customer though

My current laptop went out and I needed a replacement quickly without spending a lot of money. So far this has been convenient and worked perfect for me.

It's worth the money for a cheaper school laptop. I'm using it for ceu classes. I also search the web on it, e-mail ect. It is good for those purposes.

Horrible laptop, slow since the beginning and have only had for 8 months. Work use only (downloading resumes, looking at Indeed/LI, excel files, etc). No gaming, streaming, downloading apps. It shuts down tabs every so often, will restart out of the blue and puts me into a rage! I wouldn't even recommend for a grade schooler!

For those trying to find a cheap laptop, avoid this one. The processor "Intel Celeron" is slow, so slow you couldn't watch a Youtube video or check your email. It was not even able to open up documents on Microsoft Word or Google Drive, defeating the whole purpose of having a work computer. The computer is also made of plastic which feels cheap to the touch. Avoid at all costs!

Love the laptop, it is compatible and has plenty space for what my daughter needed it for. We are completely satisfied with it.
