Poor device

I think iv used this device 2 times since iv bought it bc it simply does. It work properly. Honestly the biggest waste of 200$ I ever spent.

I was worried about memory storage but they have informed me it hasn’t beed an issue. I did also purchase it for a GREAT price it was on sale, so with that being said I’m happy with my purchase.

It is a necessary evil

This computer has a low contrast screen that is hard to read any fine print. The cursor will randomly jump to other text when you pause typing, even if your hands are not near the tough pad or mouse. Best Buy pushed Microsoft 365 at the time I purchased the computer, but 365 was already installed, getting a refund was a big headache, and they messed that up. Its only redeeming quality is it is relatively cheap.
