Exactly what we needed

This was the 3rd one we bought bc the first one fell off her loft bed and shattered, 2nd was stolen, and now we are buying this one. She didn’t want anything bigger or fancier. With everything saved in google and uploaded to her school site there was no reason for more. She likes it and is completely comfortable using it so we will stick with it.

Worst PC to buy. DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS!!!!

Didn’t realize that it was 4 gigs of ram before buying and only figured it out after checking the specs once I recognized how slow this was running for simple tasks like schoolwork or watching shows. If you are reading this just know that HP computers are known for being the worst and you should never purchase a HP laptop like EVER. Go for a lenovo laptop please.

Light and efficient lap top at the best buy price!

It's simple easy to use and will complete my education as a doula efficiently over the next year. I bought geek squad warranty to go with it so I have no worries! I always buy at Best buy they have the greatest sales on the best products! I bought this as an open box and there is nothing wrong with it with a great discount!
