    works great windows 11 is a nice plus however after the setup process I noticed have of the "free Space" was already taken. other than that its working good so far

    This laptop is absolutely marvelous! I can easily navigate the features such as Microsoft office. The size of 14 inches is perfect for writing in. It is called charmingly; Snowflake White. So I think it is pretty too. The price was excellent at only 212.00 dollars. I am completely satisfied and delighted.

    had to remove ALL security software to download anything. very limiting software but other than that amazing!

    The laptop was great however I didn’t realize that it was gonna be so slow and I didn’t know. I should’ve gotten more gigabytes. But that’s really my only complaint and the reason why I returned it

    This laptop crashed after the 3rd day of very very limited use. Was purchased brand new and ended up just giving it to the kids since its already not efficient. I gave 2 stars because it is lightweight and has a nice design.

    Like it a lot so far for what we need it for -- a non-Chromebook portable computer for taking notes, viewing online textbooks and completing homework for college classes. Bought an external CD/DVD drive to go with it and will likely get an external hard drive for non-Cloud storage.

    Very good for the price and it does everything I need it to do for school. Easy to use and it comes with new AI technology. I have no complaints about the laptop. I use zoom, I download my documents and i havent had it freeze up or anything.
