I purchased this HP 14” laptop because the price was affordable, but unfortunately, it just didn’t meet my expectations. The build quality felt very cheap—almost like thin plastic—and it didn’t feel sturdy or durable at all. The performance was also limited, likely due to the lower memory and storage. Definitely for young stude t learning to use computer.

It is a great machine and works really well across several platforms. I have it hooked to a docking station and two monitors and it handles it very well. The computer is very fast and easy to work with.

It functions is about all I can say about it. It takes a long time to power on and gets too hot when in use. When that happens, the screen suddenly goes black and I have to wait for it to come back on, hoping and praying I didn’t lose my work in the process. The keys on the keyboard need to be pressed hard to type. Overall, I got what I paid for. A cheap computer to get by until I decide to sell a kidney to purchase a better one.

The laptop is super user-friendly and upgraded to my cloud quickly with all my documents and folders. I use it primarily for teaching Children's Worship Service and adult Bible study.

The laptop I purchased is for graduate school. I caught luck, for a $700.00 clearance open box $98.00 and my laptop energy is Outstanding, Very excited, Elated and Awesome.

I've had this for about a week, so far its performance is good, the battery is great and long lasting. A great product for my everyday routine. I definitely recommend it.

Great buy for the money. The vertical hold was driving me crazy. It took a while but the machine eventually self corrected the problem. Working fine now without the Geek Squad. Way to go.
