Bought to use a program and alter my vehicle. I also use it when I cycle on my indoor trainer. It it lite, most likely since it doesn’t have much inside.

Very slow and was not set up for a printer even though it was the same brand. Had to get Microsoft assistance and it took them about 30 minutes before it started working

I need a laptop to work from home on short notice! This is a fairly priced laptop that gets the job done! It’s very easy to use.

Purchased in July2023 as a back-up work computer. Used less than ten hours, mostly setting up and loading my work files, etc. It has been stored in my bedroom when not in use. Looks as new as when I first bought it, but now it won't start up. Plugged it in to charge it and the charging light does not turn on. HP makes all these recommendations, but nothing works. $200 paperweight. HP, never again.

Bought for my daughter to use for school, she absolutely loved the color and you can never go wrong with an HP

Only bought for simple work from home job and it’s not enough memory although it says it has the space. System moves slow for all tasks.

This computer is small but mighty! Easy set up, fast speed. Convenient and easy to use. Display is perfect size!

I've been a big fan and supporter of HP products over the years, but unfortunately, this is one purchase I greatly regret. I bought this as a computer for my parents to do the occasional basic web browsing and printing from time to time, but sadly, this computer doesn't even have adequate power for that. I know it is a very inexpensive computer with very basic specs, but even opening up Microsoft Edge can take upwards of 10 minutes some days. How about installing Norton Internet Security? That whole process took me an hour to download and install that. Perhaps we got a lemon? I really don't know, but what I do know is this computer has been an absolute nightmare for my parents to use and they dread every time they have to turn it on and attempt to go on the internet. My E-Machines computer from 20 years ago with 256mb of ram and dial up internet honestly performed better. I really wish I could return this item or exchange it for something better. I would urge anyone considering this computer to do themselves a favor and explore other options.

It is the best i choose for college i was looking for something that didnt cost so much becuase i was just using it for school but turns out its i great i use it for work as well now
