This laptop is awesome it was on sale had to buy the processor is fast it is easy to set-up the personal setup is easy just follow each prompt along the way i took my time to program the oc correctly you can always call ir chat with geek squad.

I absolutely love this laptop. I love the sleek design and my favorite color is pink so that was definitely a plus. It took a few hours once I activated it for it to reach full speed but once it did, it’s been smooth running ever since.

I bought this laptop for my mom because her old one was basically on life support and couldn't be turned on without being plugged into the charger. She loves this computer, especially that I got it in her favorite color.

i would say its a pretty good note book and the color was not that common

I bought a laptop that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I was told the policy is only 15 days. Most stores allow 30, so I assumed that was standard—especially since I was traveling. The customer service rep was very rude, kept interrupting me, and blamed me for not returning it sooner. No help, no flexibility—just attitude. This is exactly how companies start to lose trust and relevance. I’ll be sharing this experience on other customer feedback sites and social media platforms if it’s not addressed.

My son loves it, easy to set up and navigate through.

Just wish the keys lit up, other than that this is great to do the basics.

Not sure if it was on Best Buy’s part or HP but less than a month after purchasing, the screen just completely went black, then it never turned on again. I took it to two places to get it fixed. The first said the motherboard was fried and the second said it would be $300 to replace the motherboard because there was corrosion. I refused to pay $300 to fix a $200 laptop so I ended up buying a new one from a different brand. Unfortunately Best Buy has a very short return period, so I’m stuck with this computer carcass.

So far so good. Needed an affordable new one because I had accidentally cracked the screen of my spare laptop. So far working fine, all my docs transferred over on their own, and no issues. Hoping it lasts a couple of years !

Bought this labtop for school purposes and it was perfect for getting me thru the courses. Very reliable.

Great Laptop! Love the color , easy to use , durable quality , size is perfect , well functioning , crisp fresh colors and appearance Great battery life. Great for everyday life, at home and on the go. Would buy over and over again.

At first it was pretty slow but got better over time

The laptop is slow, I am attempting to use it for basic functions and even at that it does not properly work. I have had to restart several times in one study session when only using the internet.

Nice color delivered on time didn’t have it in the store and I had it within two days got emails on how to help me and asked was everything okay sales person was knowledgeable and helpful and got me to buy more stuff.

This is a really good laptop to purchase for college freshman. I had to return in though because I got the wrong amount of storage but repurchased one with more and I have to say so it’s been great. It runs really smooth with all of my apps I use for school

Returning because it is too slow. Would only recommend for a beginner.

This is a great basic computer...it does not have a big hard drive, so software applications are limited, but for the basic person who access the internet, e-mail, MS Office, it is great. You will need a thumb drive to store data or use the Cloud, but it is all I need.

I absolutely love!!! My computer!! Perfeft for school! I recommend to all my other classmates looking for affordable pretty pink computer for class. Other in my class got there selves one as well!
