So slow!!!

I was completely wrong. Out of the box this laptop has been nothing but slow. I have a 14 year old laptop that runs quicker than this, which is entirely disappointing. Just to get on Google it has to be restarted. And of course less than 30 days since purchasing it Best Buy won’t let me return or exchange it!

It was very slow from the start and often took a long time to power on. When connected to the internet, it could take over 30 minutes just to look something up. I had hoped to use it as a college laptop, but it wasn’t reliable for schoolwork. I would not recommend this model based on my experience.
