She has been using second hand and unable to download or use the way she wants. She still has restrictions, obviously, but she is more responsible now that she has her own and is not using someone else's

Not impressed.

I started school two weeks ago. After using this laptop for two weeks it just stopped working. I never took it anywhere, have barely anything downloaded on it, it just stopped working one day. The screen flashes white and shuts off.

And no it’s not my internet as the MacBook I bought an hr later worked perfectly. So did my old and cheap Lenovo.

VERY CHEAPLY MADE, THE SCREEN IS BAD, VERY DIRECTIONAL TO GET THE BEST VIEW, PLUS TOO REFLECTIVE....!!! I KNOW ITS A BUDGET LAPTOP BUT HP CAN DO A BETTER JOB. I ENEDED UP GETTING THE NEW LENOVO SLIM CHROMEBOOK ON SALE, A NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE FROM THE HP.....!!!

I am not satisfied at all. I also tried to price match, unable to do that as well, not allowing the price match to go through online. I am very very, dissatified with Best Buy Today.

Pretty cool but nothing special

It was affordable and if it lasts me until next December it will have served its purpose. It doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles but for the price, it is a pretty good laptop. It can be slow to load things at times but other than that it works great. It's lightweight which makes it easy for me to carry around when I travel.
