    I Love this laptop, it is very responsive, and it is lighter weight then my old one love all the features didn’t realize how slow my old laptop was till I purchased this one. Best Buy’s had a really good deal on this laptop I would highly recommend this laptop it is very easy to navigate.

    VERY pleased with all functions. Rapid response & easy to understand. Perfect for someone with light needs - email, web searches, short document prep. Had an Asus I was happy with for 6 yrs but this was on a great sale so took the chance. If it holds up well 3-4 yrs, will look at a similar HP. Also Best Buy did a great transfer job with equipment AND explaining! Am 74 & sometimes these things are a bit challenging.

    Bought it for school, it does ever Microsoft app you could possibly need. Software is great and has no hiccups. The price itself was a good deal to me but if it’s high for others don’t worry it’s worth it. I’ve had it for 2 years and it hasn’t had one single issue only thing is it’s big so if you’re going to put it it in a back park with books and notebooks ain’t gonna happen.
