A: Sounds like you’ve got a manufacturer defect that shouldn’t be ignored, and is definitely abnormal. Contact HP via chat on their official website (don’t Google their phone number as there are many fakes out there waiting to take your money and scam you) and they will very likely fix the defect free of charge as per their warranty, barring damage caused by the end-user due to improper handling.
