The one I purchased was a returned product without a charger though, and had too many pop up notifications from the laptop to make using it fully enjoyable. If it wasnt for these two issues, this laptop would get both 5 stars, and I would have kept it. However, it did have these issues, so I returned it to best buy

Have had for a year and no issues. Resolution good for streaming Sometimes the speed is low. Not sure it is the laptop or the internet service. Suspect it is more of an internet issue

The speed of the system and the look of the laptop was a great fit for our teenager. The price was fair and we had no issues with picking it up at our local Best Buy. We have recommended it to others.
