I loved the configurations it has. Works smooth, performance has been good. 2in1 works wonderfully. Great but!! Little bit more RAM would have been better but no complaints..

Bought for a work laptop and have been satisfied with it, has been dropped multiple times on the ground with minimal damage dealt still functions as it should!

I’m typically not a PC guy. But we needed it for a certain reason. Upon purchasing, the ease of use and responsiveness of the touch screen are amazing. Hands down great buy.

Purchased this laptop October 2022. Review date February 2023. It was not a great out of the box experience. There was no sound output. Had to contact BestBuy tech support--and the issue was outdated software. Seriously HP? I've had no other issues since. And, BestBuy support was excellent btw. My MAJOR complaint is the microphone is AWFUL (other reviewers mention the same). I have to use an external speaker (Jambox). I've owned many laptops brands and have never had a speaker with such low quality.

Good all around computer, you wont regret it. I have bought two!

I purchased this laptop for my daughter as a graduation gift and going off to collage. It’s done everything she needed it to do and has never had any issues. Every assignment handed in on time. Happy Dad.

Awesome laptop. Had been wanting a 2-in-1 laptop for a while and this one is great. The Computer is fast and easy navigate and it works great as a tablet too.

I looked for a while, but love this HP Laptop. Its a bit heavy, but im good with that! Open box was the way to go, brand new and no flaws and saved hundreds! Fast, great screen, and like that acts like a tablet when need be.

The PC came in a very nice packaging, and the computer itself is less heavy than expected. Great screen quality and touch recognition. Powerful device under 1K

Excellent starter laptop, good quality and gets the job done.

This is a great little laptop. I have not had any issues with. I was able to connect my dual monitor attachments and run them affordlessly.

My new laptop is excellent, and a fine buy for the price. The biggest bargain at Best Buy, though, is the membership in Total Tech. Not only are the young Geeks super-nice and helpful, they are amazingly talented.

It is a great buy for those looking for a working and business laptop for the 2 in 1 deal, also very nice for those nice small gaming breaks.

This computer is nice and is easy to use. However, I did not think through all my requirements as it does not have a number pad so it is difficult to enter numbers.

Salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. What really impressed my husband and I was that he did not talk down to us. As senior citizens, we do not get the acknowledgement we deserve. He understood my frustration in buying a computer with my poor eyesight (without me saying a word.) He pointed the HP ENVY computer that had the biggest screen and that it had large keys and it was backlit. He and my husband talked about memory and how fast it would run. I bought that same one he pointed out to me. And, am using it now because it even has a touch screen!

Nice laptop but i have had to call support over wi-fi issues..once they had to reinstall drivers.this laptop doesn't seem to work as well with 5g w-fi..you need to be fairly close to router..

Wifr has been using this for awhile and has had no issues. Able to perform a wide range of tasks including playing games and watching videos. Battery life is ok, has decent RAM and very adequate storage

I was looking for a laptop that can accomplish my tasks in my everyday tech job. This is the best laptop that you can buy with all the features you need in budget.
