Best laptop I have ever purchased!! You wouldn’t be disappointed

I've had this laptop for over 3 weeks now and unable to use it due to the Geek Squads feeble attempt to move my programs and files to this laptop from my old computer. They made a complete mess on this laptop creating duplicate files and UTC stamped files that have no purpose. I've had them out to fix this once with no success. The last time I scheduled they cancelled and asked me to reschedule. Looking forward to the day I can use this laptop. Once I get this issue fixed its goodbye to the Geek Squad!

This thing would constantly have it's WiFi card disconnect. and after a while the screens back shell started popping off. the laptop has never been dropped nor has it ever sustained any impact.

Great 2 in 1 laptop. Picked this up on sale. Can’t complain at all. Battery life is decent with fast charging. Excellent for performing basic task. RAM & storage space can also be upgraded if needed which is a plus.

Best Buy in Elizabethtown, KY must have gotten a bad batch. My HP Envy x360 kept having internet access and wireless adapter issues. It later crashed 43 days later with an automatic repair blue screen boot loop. I was given a replacement x360 and two days later I am having the same wifi adapter, access point issues. I really wanted to enjoy this computer, but I will not get another and hope for a refund.

Adapting to Windows 11 was a bigger challenge than anticipated. Geek Squad service was terrific as always I definitely recommend it!!!

My son used it in full for the 1st time yesterday, since he got it for Christmas, and so far so good. He seems happy with it thus far. We’ll see how it does 8-12 months from now.

Sales answered my questions about this computer. Geek Squad listened to my requests and problems and resolved issues to my satisfaction.

Computer is fast and the touchscreen is really a great option. I like everything about the computer, but the battery sucks. after 4 hours of use, it is dead. For a brand new battery, that is horrible. We have to plug it in now after 2 to 3 hours of use in order to keep it above 20%.
