    Not in love for the price, its really heavy, not a fan of how it locks into upright position, its nice to have the extra hose but its so tight and stiff i feel like im going to break my wrist everytime i use it. Save your money on this one.

      Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for sharing your review on the Ball Animal 3 Extra. It is a full size upright with the most powerful suction among our offering of vacuums. If you are finding that it's hard to move or push, you can adjust some settings on the clenaer head, which may help improve the issue.

      Your machine features an Anti-tangle Motorbar™ cleaner head, with suction control. We always suggest checking your manufacturers recommended cleaning instructions, for the flooring type you're cleaning. The three levels of suction are controlled by the slider on the front of the cleaner head. Slide the suction control to suit the floor type. If the machine is hard to push, use the mode on the left.
