Horrible Vacuum

It's so heavy, simply pushing the vacuum back and forth during regular use, is exhausting. I end up sweating more than a 1 mile run. Not to mention the short vacuum hose which is impossible to use without the vacuum rolling towards you and hitting you with force. The shortness of the hose always leaves me back pain. Suction is decent, however, it is very weak when using attachments. Floor cleaner attachment does not pick up small particals. Apolsthery attached does not pick up cat hair. Extension attachment does not pick much either. Overall, this vacuum is a poor investment as you will wnd up with a dirty house, exhausted, with back paid, and extremely frustrated.

Vacuum hose

When you pull it out to use it and the vacuum is on, you can barely pull it out. The suction pulls the hose in so tightly you can’t use it freely. I have to use another vacuum for hose use.

Don't waste your money!

Also just a bizarre design that easily tips over and is much too difficult to use. Going straight back to Best Buy after only using it twice.

Disappointing!

Parts were falling off each time, bad design and poor quality parts. Brash was replaced twice and keep malfunctioning. Ignorant and very bad customer service. Perhaps it designed for a sterile apartments with no pets, definitely not heavy duty and especially if you have pets. Customer service, please don't reply to my review showing that you care on public asking to contact you, after I contacted you completely disregard and ignore all. If Dyson stands for quality it would honor it. Very disappointed!
