Love my new laptop

It seems really fast as compared to the one I replaced. I did buy a S model without realizing it. I have need of programs that are not windows apps, but I was able to change the computer to fit my needs. So far I have not run into any problems with the computer even though I am still getting used to windows 11.

Also pleased with your Geek squad. They were very patient with an old man with limited knowledge of computer technology. And pleased with Best Buy matching a lower price, which you did when I happened to see this model on sale elsewhere a week after purchase.

Affordable And More Than Adequate

Prices on everything are way up, even at Best Buy, but this laptop is still affordable. Geek was awesome in transferring all my data. The size is very convenient. I highly recommend this computer and Geek Squad Total Tech!

My Good Choice

However, there seems to be lots of messages, etc. that come to my rescue often. I look forward to learning more than I ever knew about computing! This computer is quick and so much easier to use.
