Also pleased with your Geek squad. They were very patient with an old man with limited knowledge of computer technology. And pleased with Best Buy matching a lower price, which you did when I happened to see this model on sale elsewhere a week after purchase.

Affordable And More Than Adequate

Prices on everything are way up, even at Best Buy, but this laptop is still affordable. Geek was awesome in transferring all my data. The size is very convenient. I highly recommend this computer and Geek Squad Total Tech!

My Good Choice

However, there seems to be lots of messages, etc. that come to my rescue often. I look forward to learning more than I ever knew about computing! This computer is quick and so much easier to use.

Great option for college students!

It can handle the plethora of tabs I need open and handles video calling really well. The camera and mic quality are amazing as well. There’s no backlit keyboard, which I know is a preference for some, but everything else checks out.
