Great for basic everyday computing

If you wish to keep using s-mode, you will be limited to the apps you can download on the computer. Otherwise it is a great windows PC at an affordable price.

It is still early but I have had only one issued and the geek squad handled it for me is only a few minutes. Sales personnel were very helpful with my purchase. My only complaint would be that it was not it stock and I had to wait for it to ship.

Perfect for my needs

I had retired and didn’t need the power and features of the old machine so this HP was perfect for my needs, surfing the web and running a few specialty programs for my hobbies (chess and astronomy).

Broken Camera

Even with the warranty it would cost about a hundred bucks to ship it to the manufacturers.

I have had mine for three years and it gets a lot of use and my husband was just in the hospital so I bought him the same one. Both of us use it for googling, emailing, reading and watching movies.

Battery life is really bad

I have always used HP computers but this time I was really surprised and disappointed that this computer just last me two hours with 100% charged. I use it for my zoom classes and there is nothing else that I use on this laptop except that and it literally last me only two hours after being charged for so many hours. I am really really disappointed. Quality is good but the battery life really really sucks
