This computer works so nice! My daughter is on in non stop and tells me the graphics for her gameplay is amazing. She needed a computer that would withstand the amount of storage that she needed and this laptop did just that!

This is my first time writing a customers review I just want to take the time out to say this is one of the most wonderful gadgets I have her bought it’s a 10 out of 10 Memories OK everything is up.

Bought this laptop for my daughter's birthday. She really loves it. She says it's faster than her other laptop she had. Love the bigger screen and that it's touch screen.

Ive brought alot of labtops and i must say i really like this one. Im able to do my day to day home office and go to school as well. The storrage is good and this is one i needed to keep my small business going.

i am happy with my hp. mine was on display and purchased for a discounted price. upgraded ram and it runs very well. the only downside is the battery isnt what it could be.

This is a great laptop. Microsoft has improved and I hope Microsoft continues to keep up with their products. I would definitely recommend HP and Microsoft for anyone who needs a low cost laptop for school.

I bought this laptop to have a dedicated place to watch videos recorded to an external hard drive. It works great! The sound is loud enough. There is a USB port for the EHD and another for my mouse. The screen is large enough and the images are sharp. The price was low. And unlike some HP computers I've owned, it doesn't take a long time to boot up.

Reliable and fast for homework and watching videos

I enjoy my new computer, easier in the suit case when I travel. I have large fingers, so not a fan of texting. lol This smaller computer is great and I can get a lot accomplished and faster than my phone. ha ha

Great work laptop. Light, fast, gets the job done. Only thing it lacks is 1080 resolution (maxs out at 1366 x 768.)

So very happy to have this laptop. This will really help me with my writing and producing songs and colaborating with my music producer who live in LA and me here in Kansas City, Missouri. It allows to get a lot of music done.

My whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Starting from navigating the app to finding the laptop that best suits my current needs, to purchase and store installation (of updates) to pickup was just the best experience hand's down!

The laptop works fine so far with no issues. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is the color resolution is not as vibrant as expected. The color resolution distorts the actual color and appears dull. Other than that it’s a great laptop for the price.

I am ecstatic! This laptop is great for me! Its capacity is perfect for personal and informal use (not work-related). I prefer a Windows laptop/computer. Dealt with a Chromebook for a couple of years and disliked it a lot.
