    This laptop lasted 10 months. Just two months ago, the screen started to get very 'shaky', then it recovered, then it got shaky again and now it's unusable.

    Its been just over a year since I bought this and it just stopped charging. All of a sudden I have a completely dead $400 for no reason. Just died. Just like that. What a piece of junk!

    Very poor refurbished computer Geek squad wanted to charge for frozen blue screen, and i dod not even compleyed startnip when it happened next day agter buying ut!! Trash!!!

    Wont charge. Wont power on. Unusable. Very light use when it was working. Disappointed. I see others had same issues.

    Had it less than 2 months and tried to run on battery only to find out it wont. i have tried all the trouble shooting and nothing.

    this thing is slow and wifi disconnects

    Wifi disconnects constantly and there is no way this thing has 8gb or ram, it is slower than my old Chromebook. I am debating about returning it.
