Previously her iPad had Pooped out and she was trying to do everything on her phone or borrowed a lap top. She’s still finding great features and can do so much with it. Plenty of speed and memory

It seems he was right. The size is perfect, too. I am 72 and needed something easy to use. This fit the bill.

Best chrome book ever!

The screen is amazing, the setup was done by my 9 year old grandson who only needed a few passwords to complete. Took 15 minutes tops. The touch pad works very smoothly, the shell of this chrome book is phenomenal it has substance, it feels sturdy. If I get another chrome book it will be this one.

Would not charge, absolutely no way to turn the computer on. I took the computer to geek squad the very next morning, they had it for weeks. They said I needed to call them for more information. I was told I would just have to go to the store and would get a new computer. I get there, and they just gave me store credit. The computer is now over double what I paid back in November. I’m so mad and so upset, I paid a good amount of money for this computer, and to just receive store credit?! I don’t understand why I couldn’t get my money put back on my card so I could purchase a new computer else where.
