I havent had any issues. Sometimes we have to clean the roller brush from time to time, but that seems normal. I havent used the mop function yet though.

Works great vacuuming, mopping uses same pad unless changed not the best does not pick up liquids.

I really wanted to love my robot vacuum. But, I have had it for 2 months and honestly feel like it is much more trouble than it is worth. The main reason I wanted it is because we have pets and of course fur goes everywhere. They are all short haired, and truly not a lot of shedding. The vacuum does a good job picking up dust, but leaves everything else on the floor. I have to run the regular vacuum at least every other day and that totally defeats the purpose. And now, while in operation, the lever that holds the dust bin in place popped off. It is held in place with a spring and I have no idea where the spring went. After hours of searching, I assume it must be in Canada. I don't know. All in all, disappointed with this fairly pricey purchase.

Seems to work very well picks up pet hair and other items as hoped. The navigation or mapping seems a bit wonky, the map it originally made was fairly accurate but the robot seems to miss areas or entire rooms occasionally. But it is easy enough to send it to a room to pick up what it missed.

The Shark Matrix Plus 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum & Mop has done better than I would thought. We have dogs and it does get very dirty and this thing picks up everything and has no problem with it. The mopping feature does good and helps out with keeping the floor looking good. I would definitely recommend this to others and we have purchased this as a gift for family as well due to it doing such a great job job.

Works decently. Doesn’t get into corners like I would like and the mopping does okay. Good for daily maintenance. Still requires a manual vacuuming and mopping from time to time. Knowing what I know, I wouldn’t buy it at full price, definitely worth it on sale.

Daughter likes this unit more than her last. Sweeps and mops well.

Use this daily and have no issues. The app was little rough to set up but its great now!

I like it, the app was easy enough to set up, and the robot hasn’t gotten stuck yet. A couple times it had trouble finding the dock, but I believe it was due to the way I had set it up. Follow the instructions and you’ll be good.

I've only had this for 7 months and I'm already having issues. It doesn't stay in the "mapped" area. What's the point of connecting it to Wi-Fi if it goes wherever it wants anyway? I keep getting "brush roll stuck" messages. I clean out the brush roll and everything else and it will run once or twice then I get that message again. I have it running daily to keep up with the dogs. I think this would work great if you don't have pets.

I've been running the vacuum daily for about a year now without any serious issues. My only complaints are related to the App. It frequently logs me out unprompted and some times takes several times to log back in. The app also frequently deletes the map of the house so in order to use the room feature, I have to stop what I'm doing and re-add all the rooms in the house. As a whole, the app needs some major work and I'm not sure i would buy it again.

Very easy to use and the app is user friendly cleans greats and does not miss a spot.

It does a great job ! It runs out of charge before it finishes our house but it goes back and docks itself and once recharged it goes back to where it left off . I was worried half the house would never get cleaned but it starts right back up on its own .

This robot does a good job on small areas. I purchased it for an upstairs level that is primarily carpet. It didn't hold the charge very long because of the extra work on the carpet and the large area (over 1500 sq ft). Also, the base isn't very sturdy and the robot kept having trouble docking to empty its dust bin. I'm sure if I had an area with a hard floor and outlet that it would have worked better, but I didn't want it sitting in my bathroom so I was limited to a carpet placement which isn't recommended. I returned it and purchased the more expensive version that I already had one of for my lower level.

Absolutely the best robot vacuum Ive owned. Vacuums and mops, maps your home so it can be set to clean specific areas or even avoid areas you dont want cleaned. Easy to use and so quiet you forget it is running.
