I've only had this for 7 months and I'm already having issues. It doesn't stay in the "mapped" area. What's the point of connecting it to Wi-Fi if it goes wherever it wants anyway? I keep getting "brush roll stuck" messages. I clean out the brush roll and everything else and it will run once or twice then I get that message again. I have it running daily to keep up with the dogs. I think this would work great if you don't have pets.

Absolutely the best robot vacuum Ive owned. Vacuums and mops, maps your home so it can be set to clean specific areas or even avoid areas you dont want cleaned. Easy to use and so quiet you forget it is running.

This robot is great my floors have never looked better and saves me so much time. Im so glad i got one that mops and vaccums! Replaced my 6 year old robot vaccum and this one is sooo much better! I love it!

Working good, straightforward guidline. Suction is good.

Works better than most, still has issues wanting to climb certain table legs and doesn't do well on thresholds from room to room.

This robot does a good job on small areas. I purchased it for an upstairs level that is primarily carpet. It didn't hold the charge very long because of the extra work on the carpet and the large area (over 1500 sq ft). Also, the base isn't very sturdy and the robot kept having trouble docking to empty its dust bin. I'm sure if I had an area with a hard floor and outlet that it would have worked better, but I didn't want it sitting in my bathroom so I was limited to a carpet placement which isn't recommended. I returned it and purchased the more expensive version that I already had one of for my lower level.

I had the older model that would not map my house very well no matter how long it ran. This new model is great, love that it mops the floors for me. I was amazed how much it scrubbed off my kitchen floor.

I had to return it , as my house is not big enough for the machine to work properly . Wish I had a bigger house so I could have kept it . I would recommend it if you have a bigger area to use it in .

I love this vaccuum. It will vaccuum and mop at the same time and take alot of stress off me. My only complaint is with the app not allowing for multiple schedules and the no go zones arent small enough for the spaces i need to be no go zones. Not a huge ordeal though

Works great! Wish I had the higher end model. The only downside is having to replace the water.

I barely even sweep or mop now that i have this. It did a great job of outlining the house too so it can better navigate its surroundings. The app is also very user friendly! Would recommend!!

The vaccum works well on hardwood and pretty good for what it is on carpet. When the dog is in heavy shedding mode it gets brush roll stuck very often. Need to clean in out by hand and dispose of the hair. I do have an extremely hairy dog and it comes close to bogging down my Dyson plug in vaccum at times if there are big clumps.

Mop does fantastic and set up was easy. I did have one issue, but contacted Shark and they resolved it immediately.

I bought this because I have the prior model without a mop function and wanted to upgrade downstairs and move the non-mop upstairs. When I bought this I knew I had to change the mop/vac fittings which is absolutely no issue, it actually makes a lot of sense to do it this way while keeping the unit compact. My issue is the base that this comes with. once the wheels are wet, it has a lot of trouble going from a normal carpet to the base. It will routinely slide off of it and take a while to get on, if at all. If the base had some grip to it, we would be completely set. That is my only gripe. I see others saying the mop function isn't strong, I knew this as I had used a Brava in the past. It is surface level completely, understand that you won't get a deep clean. It is not meant for that. I have a toddler and this is amazing for cleaning up her surface level mess on the kitchen floor, if you want a deeper clean you will need to go with a real mop system. That is in no way a Con of this device, this was made to work just like this. As an added note, the new edge clean mechanic is next level, using air to shoot the particles around to the front of the unit and also hit baseboards is amazing and works super well. Overall, fix the issue with the base and this thing becomes a 5/5 in my book.

The Shark Matrix has been great in keeping our carpets clean. Easy to set up and nice to have the app so we can control it on our phones.
