Needs some app update

I got one that was missing a part so I wasn’t able to program the area rugs. The app has a couple of issues, so it’s not user friendly. If they improve the app definitely worth the money. We end up returning it, too many issues within 3 days with the app. I have to say it did an amazing job the clean and mop we tried once.

The self emptying base is a great feature and allows me to vacuum a ton of times without even having to think about it or lift an arm.

The mapping feature is great if you want to exclude areas. Skip this model and get one without the mop. The effort required o constantly change the mop pad & fill tank is more than if you just mopped yourself. Would be 5 stars without mop.

Surprised me!

Over time she changes her pattern. Doesn’t clean the same. I’m amazed at how much “stuff” gets picked up. I think I can do without the mop part. Kinda a pain in my opinion. For some reason she only cleaned half the area today. Will keep an eye on that. Otherwise more than I expected really. I’m happy with my purchase

My husband and I tried to reset it but it would only vacuum was sent for repair but the pieces were too expensive so Best Buy gave us a credit.

Good as a vacuum

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a vacuum cleaner it is very good, it has large wheels, it doesn't get stuck in furry carpets, As a mop also works well, the only downside is that the cleaning tank on the base only works when using the vacuum cleaner (if you install the mop, the base will only be used to charge the battery) Other issue is the restriction to install the APP in foreign Countries

To start off we used to have and older model and it really didn’t get the job done so we bought this one and it really helped maintain my house with having a Rottweiler and a Chihuahua that also doesn’t disturb my dogs overall 10/10
