Its very good product , in moping not that much but in all its good

This vacuum is amazing! It cleans deeply and thoroughly, and my mom really likes it (she gets less tired). All you have to do is make sure there’s nothing lying around, and it does the rest on its own.

It works great, just set up an schedule for it, and no worries

I was prepared to give this 3 stars, but I learned that I have the problem of having more floor space than this has a fluid reservoir for. This is advertised as cleaning your floor row by row. Mine might do that for 60% of my floor. The rest is sporadic and inconsistent. On the positive, it handles my rugs without issue.

After a lot of reviews of many different robot vacuums, we determined that Shark was a preferred brand. We had a list of features that we knew our choice had to have. This had almost everything we wanted. It’s only been a few months since our purchase but this robot has lived up to all we researched.

Excellent vacuum cleaner, very good vacuum cleaner, only it gets a little out of place.

Works great! With us having 2 dogs it keeps up with the hair very well and the mopping side of it also does well ,we do have to have it run twice to get a good cleaning.

Work amazing. Makes my life alot easier not needed to clean floors all the time. We have 4 cats and a dog.

It offers great value for its price point. The vacuuming performance is impressive, although the mopping function is rather basic, effectively cleaning about 60% of the floor. The accompanying app is user-friendly, yet it necessitates mapping the rugs and carpeted areas. In comparison to more advanced robotic models like Roborock or Dreame, this product falls short in terms of object avoidance, self-cleaning of the mop, or auto-refilling the mop solution—all of which are not available options in this model.

Great cleaning both on carpet and hard floor. Mop function works fantastic. App provides flexibility in terms of schedule, areas to clean, carpet zones etc

My mother wanted this for Christmas. I was skeptical but after setting up and seeing the home mapping feature go into work I quickly saw that this was totally worth it

This is our 1st robot vacuum and mop combo unit. After initial set-up and learning curve, I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of things this device can do. It has made our lives much easier as I have scheduled it to start late night and by the time we get up our main living area and kitchen are all clean. We usually perform mopping during the day. I am thinking about getting a Vacuum only unit so we can use it in our 2nd level.

Gave it to my mom as a gift, she loves it so much. Helps clean up the house and makes the work load on her super easier.

I was skeptical about this actually working. Im totally amazed and surprised the great job that it does. I would definitely recommend getting this.

Was great in thr kitchen and bathrooms, but did a poor job on low carpet. Also couldnt get the mop function to work at all. The mop pad just wouldnt ever get wet, and the robot itself would just go everywhere except the areas i told it to mop.
