I was prepared to give this 3 stars, but I learned that I have the problem of having more floor space than this has a fluid reservoir for. This is advertised as cleaning your floor row by row. Mine might do that for 60% of my floor. The rest is sporadic and inconsistent. On the positive, it handles my rugs without issue.

My mother wanted this for Christmas. I was skeptical but after setting up and seeing the home mapping feature go into work I quickly saw that this was totally worth it

It offers great value for its price point. The vacuuming performance is impressive, although the mopping function is rather basic, effectively cleaning about 60% of the floor. The accompanying app is user-friendly, yet it necessitates mapping the rugs and carpeted areas. In comparison to more advanced robotic models like Roborock or Dreame, this product falls short in terms of object avoidance, self-cleaning of the mop, or auto-refilling the mop solution—all of which are not available options in this model.

I was skeptical about this actually working. Im totally amazed and surprised the great job that it does. I would definitely recommend getting this.

Great cleaning both on carpet and hard floor. Mop function works fantastic. App provides flexibility in terms of schedule, areas to clean, carpet zones etc

This is a great piece of equipment. It is the first time that I actually use any of these robots but I'm very happy with the result. I don't have to worry anymore for cleaning my floors. I have set it up to clean my apartment three times a week and it does it automatically. I love walking into my apartment and see the floors clean and smelling good.

Had this Shark 2 in 1 for less than a month and I love it. The mapping feature works wonderfully. I send it to the kitchen to vacuum and then it returns home. That is so handy to do a quick vacuum in a particular room. Spot cleaning is an awesome feature as well. I used the mopping attachment once and it worked pretty good. For a quick clean up, this is a great little machine.

This is doing a great job, we had 2 previous vacuum and mop robots in the last year that either broke or didn't do a good job. This one by far is superior, we are very happy with the cleaning and software definitely recommend.

Vacuums and mops hard surfaces fairly well. Highly recommend, especially during discount season.

It works as expected. Except it can't cross a carpet and then mop a floor unless you pop in the mop. Maybe because it can't climb the threshold with it on...?

Love this robot. So much easier to use than the other brand I replaced it with. The mop function is awesome as it actually mops like I would. It actually scrubs as it goes and doesn’t leave the floor wet. The vacuum is powerful. The self-emptying is handy as it docks and empties to complete the whole house.

Was great in thr kitchen and bathrooms, but did a poor job on low carpet. Also couldnt get the mop function to work at all. The mop pad just wouldnt ever get wet, and the robot itself would just go everywhere except the areas i told it to mop.

This is like having an extra set of hands! I love it, I can start working in one area and it starts in another

It’s good it really sucks it picks up better than our plug in vac and I don’t have to push it around it empty’s and does its thing it even found a sock we had given up on seeing ever again very happy with it

Bought this for my mother. She’s been loving the ease of using it. She is able to vacuum her home while being miles away from it. My only critique is that you have to swap the mop manually, which isn’t too much of a hassle.
