Stops mopping after 2 weeks

But very disappointing it stops mopping after couple days.

Enjoy it very much

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy it very much it helps keep the house free of pet hair and mops the house for me during the week and then when I do my deep clean on the weekends it’s more manageable. The only thing is the clip for the mop part damaged and broke I haven’t had it for a year yet I’m not sure if that’s something that I can take in and be repaired or replaced but right now it’s only been able to vacuum.

I didn’t see any warning about this on the listing or while checking out.

Easily Clean in Less Time.

I have 4 cats and this does an excellent job of picking up their dander. I like that the machine self empties without bags. It has made keeping my floors cleaner and with less effort than a conventional vacuum. Would highly recommend this product.

I wish it had a longer battery life, i have 2000 sq ft home and if doing whole house on high setting it does need to charge. Wont take a star off because it does state will do 1500 sq ft house. Product works as described

The reason for the 4 instead of 5 * is if you were to purchase more than one (like for a second floor), you can only map 1 floor and can’t have a schedule that’ll run each separately.

Mostly good at what it does

Performance and mapping of Sharkira

Learning to plan and plot with the app is time-consuming and I can't find an option to map both the 1st and 2nd floors and save both maps without losing the first floor mapped. This part is not user friendly. However, the performance is great. If Shark or Best Buy have any guidelines or suggestions, please let me know.

I would suggest clean your home before starting the unit as to avoid over filling the unit.

I also have an American bully that loves to drink water and make a mess throughout the house. Wife was getting tired of mopping everyday, so we invested in this BEST IDEA EVER, COMPACT AND RELIABLE! Shark Matrix dry/wet floor robotic vacuum

It does a wonderful job on carpets and on hard floors. It is my new best friend. I have not used the mopping feature yet. It actually cleans by carpet better than my upright vacuum.

I have two chocolate labs who love to shed and keeping up with vacuuming was tough. Now I vacuum once a month and let this thing vacuum once a day. No more dust bunnies or fur bunnies. House is all hardwood and area rugs. The mapping function is amazing.

It eas getting old and i was tored of curting hair out of it. This was half the price ans way better! Mops too which is aweosme. I habecrecommended this to manu people already in two weeks. Lots of control and mapping features.
